We strongly invest in technical training processes to transfer the knowledge needed to make the best use of our ViMS and MagicBox technologies within the Safety & Security organizations that implement them.
Our training courses are aimed at system integrators, installers, and end users in the Security field and address topics with different levels of complexity, adapting to the operational needs of different users and promoting the optimal use of Prassel technologies.
Our technical training courses
ViMS training
We share useful knowledge to leverage our ViMS Technology in the planning of centralized security systems, configure Operations Centers, and synergistically manage integrated field devices.
Technical training services are provided on request based on recipient organization security needswith a potential follow-up at each major evolutionary release of the ViMS software.
MagicBox training
We offer specialized courses to provide the skills needed to best configure MagicBox’s AI video analyses, integrate them with Control room platforms, and exploit them in several scenarios.
The goal of this training is to ensure autonomy on the use of MagicBox in Safety & Security projects by providing practical information on its features and proper operational configuration.
Courses can be delivered in three modes: in-class, remote and on-the-job training.
